Ioannis Pavlides is a client-side Project Manager with experience in delivering commercial, residential and healthcare projects across Europe and the Middle East. He specialises in representing clients throughout the development and construction process, with a focus on project planning, procurement, stakeholder coordination and overall project governance. Ioannis has a background in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, combining technical and commercial understanding to support successful project delivery. As General Manager of EEDN Cyprus, he is responsible for establishing and growing the company’s presence in Cyprus and the wider region, bringing structured project and programme management practices to local and international clients.
